While BUNGALOW/8 Hairdressing is confident in the technical and artistic ability of our styling staff, we do offer a 100% Service Guarantee within the first two weeks of your initial appointment. If a client is not happy with their service results, the salon will offer a “redo” appointment within the first week. Thereafter, the salon will only offer a “redo” appointment if the client has purchased and used the salon’s at-home recommended retail products. At times, we may request a short complementary in-salon consultation to discuss any concerns you may have. This provides an opportunity for the Stylist and guest to review the service results together and allows the guest to clearly identify their concerns. During this time, a “redo” service may be offered immediately (if existing scheduling allows) or a “redo” service may be scheduled at the Stylist’s earliest availability.
