Rebecca Forsyth

Rebecca Forsyth
Rebecca Forsyth is a native of Sioux Falls, SD, and built her career on the love of decadent femininity and a quest for complete knowledge of hairdressing. Referred to as the “Purveyor of Glamour,” Rebecca continues on a never-ending journey to provide clients with their own individual signature whether that look is altered frequently or remains an unchanged classic.

Beginning her career as an assistant to a stylist with extensive experience in some of Chicago’s finest salons, the door was opened to Rebecca’s feverish love of haircolor. She currently is studying to become certified by the American Board of Certified Haircolorists which is an honor earned by few of America’s Colorists and even fewer Colorists in Nebraska. Rebecca spends her days dreaming of the possibilities that lie in each tube of color. Rebecca pairs those dreams with advanced Wella color education and technical experience.

Rebecca regularly works with several local photographers where she creates suitable hair and make-up for print advertisements, look-books, and fashion spreads which have appeared in publications such as the Omaha World Herald, HER Magazine, and Omaha Fashion Magazine. In addition, Rebecca has served as lead hair and make-up stylist for the Omaha Fashion Week collections of Princess Lasertron and Emma Erickson parlaying their individual visions into whimsical, yet complementary, looks.

As a lover of life’s frills and fineries, she gravitates toward a vintage aesthetic and has great interest in the art of hairdressing as a result. She educates clients on dressing their own hair at home; something she delights in herself. Rebecca is also a regular contributor of hair tutorials to popular style blog www.fashflood.com as well as her own internet home, www.rebeccaforsyth.com.

Spending a majority of her life as a redhead, Rebecca attracts clients desiring amazing haircolor, but truly delights in creating reds of all depths and tones. As such, she frequently employs the use of Bumble and bumble’s Color Support Shampoo and Conditioner for True Reds. Additionally, her favorite styling products are Styling Crème and Hairpowder which help her clients maintain giant, luxurious hair.
